For iPhone and Android

Lucari Push — your agents reach the right person

When a call, an email or an alert needs a human, the right phone hears about it — and everyone else can sleep.

What it is

Lucari Push is our own notification app for iPhone and Android. Your agents answer calls, read email and watch your systems; Lucari Push is how they tell a person when something needs one. You write in plain words what is worth a phone, and the agent sends the notification to the person or group you named, at the level it deserves.

How it works

  1. Install the app

Open it and it shows its own ID straight away, with a QR code. No account, no sign-in, no password — not even an email address or a phone number.

  2. Add the phone in the console

Type the ID or scan the QR code, and give the phone a name you recognise, like “Ben's iPhone”. Put phones into groups such as “On call” or “Night shift”.

  3. Write the rule

Tell each agent in plain words what is worth a phone, for example: “Urgent requests and security reports go to the on-call group; anything about money goes to Anna.” After every call, email or alert the agent checks the rule — and stays silent when nothing applies.

Four levels, read at a glance

Each level has its own sign, so you know what you are looking at before you read a word. The agent picks the level for each notification from your rule.

Quiet

In the app only — no sound, no banner. Worth keeping, not worth looking up for.

Normal

A banner and a sound, like any other app.

Urgent

Cuts through Focus and Do Not Disturb.

Emergency

Cuts through Do Not Disturb and keeps alerting until someone acknowledges it — right on the phone.

What your agents can tell you

Every notification says who sent it and why. What each agent reports is up to your rule — for example:

Voice & phone agent
An urgent caller, a complaint, something only a person can decide, or a message for someone. The notification comes after the call ends — usually within a minute or two — with who called and why.
Support desk
Urgent requests, security reports, requests that need a manager, requests nobody has answered in time, and a closed request that came back.
Monitoring agent
An outage or a failing check your tools report — repeating until someone takes it.
Email & sales agents
A lead or a message worth acting on now.

Made for teams

Groups and on-call

Put phones into groups like “On call” or “Night shift”. A rule names the group, and everyone in it is reached — change who is in it, and every rule follows.

One phone, many agents

A single phone can serve any number of agents — even agents of several organisations, such as an IT partner looking after several customers. Each organisation names the phone its own way.

Always clear who sent it

Every notification shows which business and which agent sent it, so nobody has to guess where to look.

Nothing slips away

The app keeps the messages it received in a list on the phone. Missed ones can be fetched again for 30 days.

Who it's for

Hotel reception at night

The voice agent takes the late call. A guest who is locked out reaches the night manager's phone once the call ends; a question about breakfast times does not.

IT on-call and managed service providers

The monitoring agent sends an outage as an emergency to the on-call group and keeps alerting until someone takes it. One phone can watch several customers, each clearly named.

Practices with after-hours calls

After closing time the agent answers. What cannot wait goes to whoever is on duty; everything else waits quietly in the app for the morning.

Trades with emergency call-outs

A burst pipe late at night: the agent takes the details and alerts the fitter on call as urgent, with who called and what happened.

Sales teams

A promising lead writes in. The right salesperson hears about it now, not when someone next opens the pipeline.

Support desks

A customer reports a security problem. The responsible person is told at once, while routine requests stay in the queue.

Nothing to sign up for

  • The app has no account. Nobody signs in, and it never asks for a name, an email address, a phone number or a password. A name is attached only when your organisation labels the phone in the console.
  • No advertising, no tracking, no analytics. It does not read contacts, location, photos or files.
  • Delete the app and its ID is gone. Installing it again gives a new ID, so an old phone cannot keep receiving your notifications.

Frequently asked questions

Does anyone need an account for the app?

No. Install the app and open it, and it shows its ID. There is no sign-in, no password, no email address and no phone number.

Will my phone go off for every call?

No. The agent sends a notification only when your rule says so, and stays silent when nothing applies. Silence is the default.

Does an emergency sound when the ringer is switched off?

An emergency cuts through Do Not Disturb and keeps alerting until someone acknowledges it. Whether it also sounds with the ringer switched off depends on the phone and on the permissions its owner grants the app.

How soon after a call does the notification arrive?

Voice and phone agents notify after the call has ended — usually within a minute or two — with who called and why.

Can one phone get notifications from several businesses?

Yes. One phone can serve many agents, even agents of different organisations. Each organisation names the phone its own way, and every notification shows which business and agent sent it.

What if the phone was off?

The app keeps the messages it received in a list on the phone, and missed ones can be fetched again for 30 days.

What happens when a phone is lost or replaced?

Remove it in the console and it receives nothing more. Deleting the app deletes its ID too; a new install gets a new ID, which you add like any other phone.

What does it cost?

0.5 credits per notification sent, from your plan's credits. The app itself costs nothing to install.
