What spends credits
One meter across every channel. The numbers below tell you what a single action costs, in credits. Credits measure the work your agents do — voice, text, analysis and actions. Phone connectivity and phone numbers are included in your plan and use no credits of their own. Credits are priced the same on every plan and every top-up — €1 = 100 credits — and the dollar prices are that euro price converted, so the same work costs the same wherever you are. Monthly plan credits are valid for their billing period; top-up credits are valid for 24 months from purchase and are used after plan credits, oldest first.
